This trip will satisfy anyone with a taste for adventure. Enjoy a week in Italy walking through the unknown Umbrian countryside. Here you will have two half-day cooking classes, enjoying the meals you create under the tutelage of your Italian chef.
Starting in the charming town of Assisi, (2 nights here)we will hike through the Mount Subasion Park and have free time in Assisi (where S. Frances comes from).
In Spoleto we will hike around the area and spend an afternoon learning about local produce and cuisine. We spend three nights here, exploring the rolling hills, and the nooks and streets of this amazing walled medieval town.
Then on to Norcia for the last part of our adventure. Here spend the rest of your time discovering the region, enjoying the hotel spa or simply relaxing by the pool and reading a good book.
